Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Every flashcard deck is free to study without an account. Signing up only adds progress tracking and the ability to hide words you already know.
What's on each flashcard?
The front shows the Danish word. Flip it to see the English translation, an example sentence in Danish, and a play button for native-style audio so you can hear how the word is pronounced in a real sentence.
How often should I review?
Short daily sessions beat long weekly ones. Ten minutes a day with a 20-card deck will retain more than an hour once a week. Shuffle decks each session so you're not just memorising the order.
Can I make my own deck?
Not yet — for now, decks are curated around topics. If you have a suggestion for a topic we're missing, get in touch.
